HI, I am Elvira, founder and director of the u:lab Gmbh

  • Born in Austria, she studied international political science, international health management and languages in Innsbruck. She is a trained and certified trainer for mindfulness for organizations (mindlead Institute, Salzburg).

    Elvira has been a management consultant and trainer for mindful leadership in companies in the DACH region and the UK for over 12 years.

    Elvira has built and led teams in various positions and was most recently responsible as Managing Director ad-interim for a company with 180 employees.

    As a keynote speaker, she regularly speaks on the topics of mindful leadership and organizational well-being.

    Elvira teaches as a guest lecturer at the Management Center Innsbruck in the "International Health & Social Management Master" course. She also advises a number of start-ups in the field of behavioral health and lifestyle medicine.

    She is the founder and vice-president of the "Swiss Society for Value-based Healthcare", an association that promotes the sustainable development and remuneration of the healthcare system in Switzerland.

    She is a member of the advisory commission for quality of care and patient safety in the canton of Valais (CH).

    Elvira has been practicing mindfulness for over 20 years and has always incorporated elements of it into her work. Her teachers include James Baraz, Sharon Salzberg, Jon Kabat-Zinn and others.

    She combines her many years of experience from numerous client projects with her personal experience in the areas of leadership, performance, well-being and organizational culture to generate an integrated approach that creates new perspectives on our work and corporate culture as well as leadership.
